Gently apply the cream with a cotton swab or fingertip, spreading it evenly to cover the area you want to conceal. 5. For deeper tattoos or birthmarks, you can apply a second layer after the first layer has dried to enhance coverage. 6. Allow to air dry naturally after application, avoiding immediate rubbing. It can be used with setting powder to extend wear time.
